Store Policies

 

Accepted Payment Methods. We accept Visa, Mastercard ,Discover and PayPal ATM/Debit cards only. We also accept Cashiers Checks/Money Orders and Personal Checks (personal checks will be held for 3 - 5 business days before items will be shipped).

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using FedEx Ground. FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air are  the available shipping options. However these options must be requested via email (support@websavershop.com).  USPS is used to ship orders to PO Boxes only. In addition, some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.

Shipping Time. The shipping time of merchandise will depend on the shipment method selected and the destination. Customers should expect a 3 - 5 day delivery time.

Damaged Shipments. Merchandise damaged due to shipping and handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. Please note the type of damage on the freight bill, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturer Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, email our Customer Service Department for instructions. We guarantee against manufacturer's defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products, except for items listed in the Exception Section. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. If an item is to be returned/exchanged due to a manufacturer's defect within 30 days, we will replace the item for you (free of charge), you must first receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number". No packages will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) written clearly on the package.

Exception Section - Items Not Covered Under this return policy:

Olevia brand TV's - are covered by Manufacturer's warranty. New Olevia TV's come with one year Manufacturer's warranty, serviced at Customer's location. Reconditioned Olevia TV's come with 90 days Manufacturer's warranty, service direct with the manufacturer. You need to register with Olevia within one month of the purchase to be eligible for warranty coverage.

Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified in the description section of the item. If the item is defective, customer will need to contact Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.

Items may be returned only with prior authorization.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where WebSaverShop has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, customer must contact WebSaverShop to obtain a return label or request a merchandise pickup. Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or a store credit issued for the full amount of the order, if the correct unit is unavailable. WebSaverShop must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery.

Refund Policy. Permission for any refund for merchandise must be approved by our Customer Service Department. You have 14 days from the ship date to receive a refund. You must email the refund request to support@websavershop.com (with "REFUND" in the subject field), at which time the Return Merchandise Authorization Number and instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Once a refund is authorized by our return department you should.

1.   Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.       

2.   Return the item with the following:

  • All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
  • Original packaging.
  • Original invoice or receipt.

3.   Write (RMA#) clearly on the box or package.

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss or stolen merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is our fault. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. 

 

Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.

Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.

Cancellation Policy. You may cancel an order up until the order ships. 

Warranty Information: Any product that carries a warranty noted in the product description details refers to Manufacturer's Warranty. See individual products for details.

Cell Phone Information: GSM vs CDMA and Frequency concerns.

WebSaverShop tries to provide the best quality of support for our customers. With the large variety of cellular phones we offer, there are some factors you should be aware of. A large part of our cellular inventory consists of GSM phones.

Some GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) providers include Cingular, T-mobile, AT&T, etc... A GSM network differs from a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) network in several ways, the easiest to distinguish by being that a GSM phone requires a SIM card (which is not included). SIM cards can be obtained from your provider.

When purchasing a GSM phone you should take into consideration which bandwidth frequency is available in your area. Please contact your service provider for assistance.

The frequency coverage depends on the area and your service provider.

GSM cellular phones only run on 4 possible frequencies, 850/900/1800/1900.

Quad Band phones can run on all 4 frequencies, Tri Band phones will only work on 3 out of the 4 frequencies, and Dual Band phones will only work on 2 out of the 4 frequencies.

850/1900 are US frequencies, and 900/1800 are international frequencies.

The majority of our Tri Band phones are 900/1800/1900 which means they work internationally as well as on a US 1900 frequency (850 frequency will not work). Please check with your provider for details on the frequency in your area prior to placing your order.

Phones returned due to frequency issues are subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee.

All phones intended for use with carriers other than GSM networks are marked accordingly.

As the majority of phones we off are international models, and are not assigned to one specific carrier, unless marked otherwise, the GSM phones can be used on any GSM network: Cingular, T-mobile, AT&T, etc... However for best service from your cellular phone, the above frequency regulations must be observed.

*Cell phones which are marked as unlocked (being international phones) are not capable of working on the internet. They are not enabled to browse the internet and will not be able to access it.

WebSaverShop also provides you with certain CDMA and IDEN phone models which work with the provider specified in the item description.

All phones intended for use with CDMA and IDEN networks are specifically marked.

PLEASE NOTE: All cellular phones are sold as is and do not include manufacturer warranties.
